Coil manufactoring machines: in 2016 rimac reaches another important goal

Over the last 3 years, RIMAC committed to the launch and enhancement of a new line of machines for the production of coils for AC/DC motors: these machines come from RIMAC desire to offer an all-embracing product range, providing an efficient response to the customer needs. We are dealing with a series of complementary machines designed for the carrying out of the entire coil manufacturing process, from copper bars to the finished coil.

This product range includes some advanced machines, such as:

  • Loop winder – LW: flexible, easy to use and marked by an optimal quality-price ration, this machine is capable of producing both AC motor coil and DC motor poles;
  • Electrical Forming Machine – SAG: a universal machine that is completely electric and capable of perfectly forming coils for both AC/DC motors, in all shapes;
  • Coil taping machines – NSB: marked by different degrees of automation, but always flexible and performing; user-friendly, these machines are the best taping solution for all size and shapes of coils.
